Summary

Refactor MCP Runtime Command Mappings
- Separated shared logic into WorkerMcpRuntimeCommandMappingSupport.kt.
- Created WorkerMcpRuntimeLifecycleCommandMappings.kt for lifecycle-specific mappings.
- Created WorkerMcpServerConfigSyncCommandMappings.kt for configuration synchronization mappings.
- Enhanced error handling for WorkerMcpToolCallProtocolMappings.kt.
New MCP Server Configuration Sync Commands
- Added support for creating, updating, and deleting MCP server configurations.
- Implemented synchronization with worker cache via a new service.
- Updated routing logic for the new commands.
