Summary

Implement the UI for the Settings screen, consuming Config ViewModels and supporting provider/model/settings management.

Details

Implement the Settings screen UI (accessed via navigation).
Consume Config ViewModels (PR 17).
Display lists of Providers, Models, Settings. Handle loading/error states.
Implement forms for adding/editing Providers, Models, Settings.
Integrate API key input (masked) and status display.
Implement actions for saving/deleting config items.
