Summary

Create and implement ViewModels for managing LLM Providers, Models, and Settings using the ViewModel/StateFlow/UiState/Either pattern.

Details

Implement ViewModels like ProviderConfigState, ModelConfigState, SettingsConfigState.
Implement loading lists (getAllProviders, getModelsByProviderId, getSettingsByModelId).
Implement CRUD actions (add, edit, delete).
Implement API key status check (getModelApiKeyStatus).

PRs 4, 5b, 5a, 10 (Backend config services/API)

Tests

Unit tests for these ViewModels.
