Summary

Implement KtorGroupApiClient, KtorProviderApiClient, KtorModelApiClient, and KtorSettingsApiClient classes in app/api/client.

Details

Implement all methods defined in their respective interfaces.
Use the KtorHttpClient base setup from PR 11 and Ktor resources.
Ensure all methods are suspend functions and return Either<ApiError, T>.

PR 11 (Frontend HttpClient & Either Conversion)
Group, Provider, Model, and Settings API interfaces
common module DTOs and Resources
PRs 9, 10 (Backend APIs must be wired for these to work end-to-end)

Tests

Add integration tests for these API clients.
